Saturday, August 22

We depart today on a wonderful adventure to Door Country, WI. We will have rest stops and lunch on your own enroute. We will arrive in the early evening at Comfort Suites Airport in Appleton, WI, our lodging for the night. Dinner at Texas Roadhouse included.  (D)

Sunday, August 23

Enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast at the restaurant by our hotel.  We depart our hotel and we begin our day with a Step-On Guided tour of Door County. We will drive past the Old Rugged Cross, out to the Shipping Canal, visit Grandma Tommy’s Farmers Market and Parallel 44 Winery. We will also drive past the Orchard and Shipyard. Lunch will be on your own. We will visit Door Artisan Cheese Company where we will have wine tasting, cheese samples and a tour of the aging caves. We will depart for our hotel, Bridgeport Resort in Sturgeon, WI, for the next two nights. Dinner will be own your own in the local area. (B)

Monday, August 24

After a complimentary hot breakfast at The Lodge, we will depart once again to meet our step-on guide for a continuing tour of Door County. Today we will be driving to the scenic Cave Point, visiting Bjorklunden Chapel, Koepsels Farm Market, touring Eagle Bluff Lighthouse, there will be free time in Sister Bay and lunch at Al Johnson’s. We will have free time in Fish Creek and for dinner we will be enjoying the Ferry Fish Boil at Pellitiers, after the fish boil we will return to the hotel. (B/L)

Tuesday, August 25

We will enjoy breakfast at The Lodge before we check out of our hotel. Lunch will be on your own enroute today.  We will visit the Jelly Belly Visitor Center, Factory and Store where we will tour the facilities and taste the magic of “The Original Gourmet Jelly Bean,” Jelly Belly. After we have our sweet tooth satisfied then we journey to Kenosha, WI to visit The Civil War Museum where we will have a guided tour of the more than 16,000 square foot gallery called “The Fiery Trail” featuring interactive and inspiring moments. The Museum has multiple exhibit and gallery spaces, an outdoor terrace with stunning views of Lake Michigan and a gift shop. We will check into our hotel for the night, Best Western Executive Inn, Kenosha, WI., after we get settled in we will enjoy our included dinner at Cracker Barrel and then return to the hotel for the night. Wednesday, August 26

After a complimentary hot breakfast we make our way home with the memories and new friends we made. We will have rest stops and lunch on your own enroute. (B)

$1,105.00 per person - Single Room

$735.00 per person - Triple Room

$200.00 deposit due with reservation.
