Monday, October 7 

Today, we’ll begin our journey to Oklahoma!  Sit back, relax and enjoy the views as we make our way to Oklahoma City, OK where we’ll check into the SpringHill Suites for one night.  Once we are checked in and settled, enjoy a delicious dinner together at Cattleman’s Steakhouse. After dinner make a quick visit to one of Oklahoma City’s newest attractions – the Wheeler Ferris Wheel. Originally hailing from California, the former Santa Monica Pier Ferris Wheel has been transplanted and lovingly reassembled just south of the Oklahoma River. The famous amusement ride, which has back dropped blockbuster movies like “Titanic” and “Forrest Gump,” now comfortably bridges downtown OKC and the Capitol Hill district. Take in the refreshing view of downtown and the river.   (Dinner)


Tuesday, October 8

This morning after breakfast, we’re off to Mill Creek, OK. Here we will visit Sipokni West. Imagine stepping back in time to the 1880’s and visiting the spirit of the old west with cattle punching cowboys, dance hall girls, and the smell of gun smoke. Well pardners, welcome to Sipokni West Old West Movie Town. Sipokni was created as a movie set for the film industry and has been the site of several movies, such as Chickasaw Rancher, and Te-Ata, both movies Produced by the Chickasaw Nation, No Rest For The Wicked, Black Marshal story of Bass Reeves Curse of the Sacred Mountain, Marshal’s Day off - Gary Walker Producer. Also, documentaries and features on NBC’s Comedy Central. Visitors can visit the museum of old west history that displays how life was during the late 1800’s and early 1900’s. Sipokni West also has a state-of-the-art Trading Post with gifts of everything country and western for the younger and older cowboy and cowgirl.  Then we’re off to Lunch at Ole Red. Blake Shelton's Ole Red, located in his hometown of Tishomingo, Oklahoma is a bar and restaurant named after his hit song, "Ol' Red."  After lunch we depart for Frisco, TX to Tour The Star, a 91-Acre Campus that Hosts the Dallas Cowboys Headquarters. The Dallas Cowboys World Corporate Headquarters at The Star in Frisco is a destination created to allow fans to connect with the team in ways they have never imagined. The VIP Guided Tours are the ultimate tour experience to give Cowboys fans a chance to experience the place where the Dallas Cowboys train and work 355 days of the year. 

Highlights of the VIP Guided Tour Include: Ford Center indoor athletic facility, the NFL draft War Room, the Nike Star Walk: 10 most significant milestones in Dallas Cowboys history, along with a display of the evolution of the team's uniforms dating back to 1960, Super Bowl Memorabilia & Station: A display of all five Super Bowl Trophies and Rings from the years of 1971, 1977, 1992, 1993 and 1995, and the Grand Atrium.

Wednesday, October 9 

This morning, after breakfast, we’ll depart for a Guided Dallas City Tour. See Founders Plaza, Old Red Court House, John Neely Bryan Cabin, JFK Memorial, Pioneer Plaza (largest bronze collection in the world), Dallas City Hall (design by I.M. Pei), Thanks-Giving Square, First Baptist Dallas Fountain Plaza, Deep Ellum, The Wilson Block (historic neighborhood, Queen Anne/Victorian Style Houses), The Art District (the largest in the world!), Klyde Warren Park, The City of Highland Park (5th richest suburb in USA, home to many celebrities), Uptown the McKinney Avenue Restaurant District, West End, Dealey Plaza (JFK assassination Point) and much more.

After lunch on our own, we will Visit the Sixth Floor Museum - The Sixth Floor Museum chronicles the assassination and legacy of President John F. Kennedy. Look out the window and you’ll see 1963. View historical artifacts that are exclusive to the Sixth Floor Museum. Located on the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository building - the very spot the sniper’s gun was found - lets you gain a feel for how things happened in 1963.  This evening we will enjoy a Tour & Dinner at Southfork Ranch. Tour the TV home of JR Ewing and the rest of the "Dallas" clan at Southfork Ranch. The ranch is open daily and features memorabilia from the TV series, including the gun that shot J.R., Lucy's Wedding Dress, the "Dallas" Family Tree, and Jock's Lincoln Continental.

Thursday, October 10 

Enjoy breakfast this morning before we set off for Waco, TX. It’s going to be a HGTV kind of day as we head out on a locally guided Fixer Upper Adventure. Our morning will include visiting or sightseeing JDH Iron Design, Harp Design, Earle-Harrison House, Fixer Upper Homes (drive by only) and other sights related to the Fixer Upper show.  Next, we Arrive at Magnolia Market for an independent lunch. Explore downtown Waco (The Silo District Trolley), visit Magnolia Market, Spice Village and other shops.  

Optional for history buffs or those who don’t like to shop: Visit the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame & Museum - This museum is dedicated to the history and lore of the legendary Texas Rangers, the oldest state law enforcement agency in the nation. The facility features changing exhibits with more than 14,000 artifacts. Open 9-5. $7 per person to tour this museum.

This evening we will Check into the Hampton Inn Waco North for one Night. Dinner is included at a Local Restaurant.  (Breakfast / Dinner) 

Friday, October 11 

This morning enjoy breakfast before we check out and Visit the Tyler Rose Garden in Tyler, TX. The Tyler Municipal Rose Garden is a 14-acre park, making it the nation’s largest rose garden. The garden is full of breath-taking beauty, especially in the spring and again in mid-October when the Rose Garden is in full bloom. There are over 38,000 rose bushes of at least 500 different varieties, from tall grafted rose trees to miniature roses no larger than a dime. Lunch today is at The Potpourri House. Known around here as one of the most unique shopping and dining experiences, there’s no place quite like The Potpourri House. Started by two Tylerites back in 1982, the restaurant is known for its huge salad bar that has everything from fruit salads to a cornbread salad, as well as the fixings for a lettuce salad, a potato bar and delicious homemade soup. Get your fill, then browse the selection of gourmet foods, home décor items, candles and accessories at the restaurant’s boutique shop. Walk in with an appetite and you’ll leave with something you didn’t even know you needed. Next, we’ll depart for Little Rock, AR, and check into the Holiday Inn Express for 1 Night.  This evening we’ll enjoy Dinner & show at Murry’s Dinner Playhouse – show TBA.  (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner) 

Saturday, October 12 

This morning after breakfast, we’ll depart for Puxico, MO for Lunch & Tasting at Indian Hills Winery.  Then we’ll continue home taking wonderful memories of our vacation.  (Breakfast / Lunch)
